Take 5 Oil Change

Alex Cuellar a month ago

Arrived for an oil change and I kept getting a sales pitch with different prices. My understanding they get a commission for any additional sales. I was given a price for oil and air filter then I showed them a coupon and the price was never adjusted because there excuse was that it was the company discount. A lot of shady business behind the scenes. I’m a believer in doing the right thing and not screwing others over.

Great team dynamics! This crew was very courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable! The customer service was outstanding! Thanks for awesome service! I will come back here in the future and continue my business with this company at this location at Gattis school road !

Great spot! Landon, Aidan, and Jorge were so knowledgeable and kept positive and bright attitudes despite the Texas heat. I was having a regular day and they turned it around for the better. I noticed they did more checks and maintenance than other oil change places too (While still being quick and efficient!!) There's a different location a bit closer to me but I won't hesitate to drive the extra mile just to visit this one where these guys make sure all the bases are covered and their customers are happy :)

I come to get my oil changed here all the time. I've never had an issue. I especially love that you can get a 50% off oil change coupon by going on the website. At this particular shop, I had a good experience with the shop manager, Chris. He's professional, friendly and not pushy. He seems to know how to run a good crew and shop. He also helped me by telling me about coupons that I could use towards my services today. That really did help a lot. This shop seems to have a good team.

Julia took care to explain everything and showed what work got completed at every stage. Chris made a recommendation for coolant flush and showed why and gave valid reasons. Service was quick felt very taken care of and valued as a customer. Both services took less than 15 min in and out great job Take 5!
